Carefree/Scottsdale/Arizona Luxury Custom Homes

For Home Buyers

Buying a home is an exciting time in one's life. Making the smart move of choosing a REALTOR® is your first step to ensuring that your new home and community meets your needs. My services and experience range from financial aid to helping you find the home that best suits you and your family. For your convenience, I also provide listings by email. I pride myself on repeat business and hope you'll come to understand why.

I suggest that all Buyer's, at a minimum, contact a lending institution and establish a relationship with a mortgage broker to assure that they understand the current requirements for a mortgage, the terms, and the available rates & plans. I certainly work with several lenders where my clients receive the best service and information. If you don't know a lender, I can give you a few to choose from that I have dealt. As you know, there is no benefit to me except offering another service to you. I also have many other services I can recommend based on experience in areas like, home inspection, indoor air quality, landscaping services, termite inspections, roof inspections, A/C and Heating inspections, Home Warranties, and many more.

After we have met and reviewed you criteria, I would like you to consider contracting me as Your Buyer-Broker. I can explain this concept which commits me to you and you to me(unless you fire me) and it's no cost to you as the Seller is paying the commission. It allows me to focus on you as a committed Buyer working exclusively with me. This is the concept of an ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), a Realtor designation focused on Buyer service and satisfaction.
